If you submit a service request, we collect the information you type into the form: the kind of service you need, the kind of property, an optional description of the job, your name, your phone number, and — if you choose to give it — your email address. Nothing else is requested and no account is created.
How we use it
We use it for one purpose: to call you back and schedule a service call. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Emergencies
The form is for non-emergencies. For immediate scheduling, or for an emergency after hours, on a holiday, or on a weekend, call the office at (979) 265-5938.
